The Chief Minister's bunker/residence on the hill overlooking the Tawi River, outside of Jammu City.  The CM and the Secretariat (including all the state ministers) spend 6 months in Jammu and 6 months in Srinagar every year, rotating in biannual mass pilgrimages.
